Dr. Joseph Shanahan is a distinguished medical professional certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, specializing in Rheumatology. As a Fellow of the American College of Rheumatology, his practice in Durham, North Carolina, reflects his commitment to delivering comprehensive and expert care. Dr. Shanahan earned his medical degree from the UMDNJ Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, distinguishing himself as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society and receiving the Angelo P.
