Joey McCracken, PA-C

Joey McCracken, originally from Missouri and raised in Charlotte, NC, earned his Master's in Physician Assistant Studies with distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During his academic journey, he received multiple scholarships and served as the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistant Student Representative for his program. Before pursuing his graduate studies, Joey completed a Bachelor's degree in Biology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Joey McCracken is board-certified by the NCCPA and is an active member of prestigious organizations such as the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants, and the American College of Rheumatology. His clinical focus encompasses autoimmune diseases and skin cancer, with a special dedication to biologic therapeutics and a fervor for patient education.

Beyond the medical realm, Joey resides in Durham with his wife and two dogs. During his leisure time, he engages in various activities, including attending UNC sporting events, cooking, spending quality moments with family and friends, and pursuing woodworking as a hobby.
